Who you're booking

I'm Jordan. I've spent years reading rooms full of strangers, from toddlers to grandparents, and getting them all on the same floor. You deal with me directly from first message to last song.

Event work for organizers

The same fifteen years cover planning, marketing, production and logistics. For festivals, venues and creative businesses, I also take on:

Marketing & branding

Positioning, messaging and campaign planning for events and the people behind them, written to sound like your scene rather than an ad agency.

Event & festival management, logistics and production

Programming, run of show and on-site production, plus load-in and load-out scheduling, gear and rental coordination, vendor and crew logistics, and site flow. From small showcases to multi-stage weekends.

Operations & systems

Department structures, operating manuals, planning tools and Notion builds that keep an event or small business running without everything living in one person's head.

From festival and community events I've produced

“What you've created is magic. I felt it on stage, and in the crowd dancing afterwards.”

Erin, performer

“From the moment we got there I could sense how busy you were making sure everything went as planned.”

Michelle, volunteer

“Every time I stopped to listen, everyone had nothing but positive things to say about one another, the music, art, and overall vibe of the event.”

Ashley, attendee

“An overall feeling of comfort & safety was one of the main and recurring observations from female attendees.”

Kate, attendee
